The average export price for pig fat; lard, other than that of heading 0209 and 1503s stood at $2,009 per ton in March 2024, rising by 1.7% against the previous month. Over the last twelve-month period, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.1%. The growth pace was the most rapid in February 2024 an increase of 51% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum in March 2024.

As there is only one major export destination, the average price level is determined by prices for the UK.
