The average import price for polymers of propylene or of other olefins, in primary formses stood at $1,342 per ton in March 2022, waning by -20.7% against the previous month. In general, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in April 2021 when the average import price increased by 23% against the previous month. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum at $2,004 per ton in June 2021; however, from July 2021 to March 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
