Price for Prefabricated Buildings of Wood in China (FOB) - 2023
In June 2023, the average prefabricated buildings of wood export price amounted to $34,983 per unit, reducing by -12.1% against the previous month. In general, the export price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2022 an increase of 40% month-to-month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $52,026 per unit. From December 2022 to June 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the United States ($44,888 per unit), while the average price for exports to Tanzania ($23,062 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (+4.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
