The average prefabricated buildings of wood import price stood at $30,505 per unit in July 2023, surging by 14% against the previous month. In general, the import price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2022 an increase of 32% month-to-month. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $39,748 per unit; afterwards, it flattened through to July 2023.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In July 2023, the country with the highest price was the United States ($39,979 per unit), while the price for the Philippines ($12,724 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Estonia (+1.7%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
