The average prefabricated buildings of wood export price stood at $47,748 per unit in July 2023, picking up by 57% against the previous month. Over the period under review, export price indicated a pronounced increase from July 2022 to July 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +2.1% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period.
