Price for Prefabricated Buildings of Wood in Ukraine (FOB) - 2023
In July 2023, the average prefabricated buildings of wood export price amounted to $11,182 per unit, declining by -6.1% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in November 2022 an increase of 29% m-o-m. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $11,914 per unit in June 2023, and then declined in the following month.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In July 2023, the country with the highest price was Estonia ($29,665 per unit), while the average price for exports to Moldova ($1,746 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Romania (+10.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average prefabricated buildings of wood import price amounted to $30,752 per unit, rising by 39% against the previous year. In general, import price indicated a significant increase from 2020 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +20.4% over the last two years.
