In 2022, the average import price for raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cranberries amounted to $6,341 per ton, shrinking by -4.5% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price recorded a pronounced setback. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2015 when the average import price increased by 25%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $8,937 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was France ($7,906 per ton), while the price for Slovakia ($5,084 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by France (+14.8%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.

The average export price for raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cranberries stood at $11,376 per ton in August 2023, rising by 98% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $15,685 per ton in March 2023; however, from April 2023 to August 2023, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Average prices varied somewhat for the major export markets. In August 2023, the country with the highest price was Germany ($16,571 per ton), while the average price for exports to Slovakia totaled $11,371 per ton.
From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Spain (+4.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
Imports of Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, and Cranberry in the Czech Republic
In 2022, approx. 7.7K tons of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cranberries were imported into the Czech Republic; increasing by 19% compared with 2021.
