Over the period from November 2022 to November 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.1%. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in July 2023 an increase of 26% m-o-m. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $15,735 per ton. From August 2023 to November 2023, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
Average prices varied somewhat for the major foreign markets. In November 2023, the countries with the highest prices were the Netherlands ($14,755 per ton) and Germany ($14,649 per ton), while the average price for exports to Denmark ($11,561 per ton) and Spain ($12,756 per ton) were amongst the lowest.
