In 2022, the average import price for rubber; vulcanised (other than hard rubber), gloves other than surgical gloveses amounted to $4,264 per ton, with a decrease of -5% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price saw a noticeable reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when the average import price increased by 62% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum at $7,072 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($12,348 per ton), while the price for Poland ($1,378 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+3.4%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a perceptible setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 when the average export price increased by 42%. The export price peaked at $10,675 per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($24,176 per ton), while the average price for exports to Slovenia ($1,452 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Czech Republic (+3.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
