The average import price for spices; cardamoms, crushed or ground stood at $2,218 per ton in 2022, picking up by 26% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, saw a noticeable setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when the average import price increased by 97%.
