In 2022, the average import price for stamps; stamp-impressed paper; cheque forms; banknotes, stock, share or bond certificates and the like amounted to $112,338 per ton, surging by 59% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, recorded a deep setback. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2016 an increase of 66% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $345,309 per ton in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
