In November 2023, the average export price for steel, alloy amounted to $2,928 per ton, with a decrease of -4.4% against the previous month. In general, the export price saw a pronounced shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in December 2022 when the average export price increased by 16% m-o-m. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $4,528 per ton. From January 2023 to November 2023, the the average export prices failed to regain momentum.
