The average import price for sugars; fructose, chemically pure, in solid form stood at $1,739 per ton in September 2023, declining by -4.5% against the previous month. Over the period from December 2022 to September 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.0%. The growth pace was the most rapid in January 2023 an increase of 19% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $2,025 per ton in June 2023; however, from July 2023 to September 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.

As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Turkey.

From December 2022 to September 2023, the rate of growth in terms of prices for the Czech Republic amounted to +6.1% per month.
