The average export price for tea, green; (not fermented), in immediate packings of a content exceeding 3kg stood at $1,280 per ton in 2022, leveling off at the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.4%. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 when the average export price increased by 13%. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the peak figure at $1,414 per ton in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
