Over the period under review, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 when the average export price increased by 27% against the previous month. The export price peaked at $10.0 per square meter in January 2023; however, from February 2023 to December 2023, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Indonesia ($20.8 per square meter), while the average price for exports to India ($3.7 per square meter) was amongst the lowest.
