In February 2024, the average import price for textile fabrics; impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with polyvinyl chlorides amounted to $3.5 per square meter, growing by 18% against the previous month. In general, the import price showed a tangible increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in July 2023 an increase of 169% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $7.0 per square meter in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to February 2024, import prices failed to regain momentum.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In February 2024, the country with the highest price was Sweden ($16.6 per square meter), while the price for Latvia ($473 per thousand square meters) was amongst the lowest.
