In 2022, the average thorium ores and concentrates import price amounted to $15,920 per ton, with an increase of 28% against the previous year. Overall, the import price saw a remarkable increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 an increase of 66% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $21,287 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
