Price for Titanium; Waste and Scrap in Spain (FOB) - 2023

The average titanium; waste and scrap export price stood at $9,255 per ton in July 2023, therefore, remained relatively stable against the previous month. In general, export price indicated modest growth from July 2022 to July 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +1.9% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on July 2023 figures, titanium; waste and scrap export price increased by +34.4% against May 2023 indices. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in September 2022 an increase of 59% month-to-month. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the peak figure at $10,071 per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to July 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the United States ($11,512 per ton), while the average price for exports to India ($4,019 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
