The average import price for tomatoes; prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar or acetic acid stood at $1,585 per ton in November 2023, growing by 3.3% against the previous month. Over the last twelve months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.2%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in June 2023 an increase of 20% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $1,715 per ton in July 2023; however, from August 2023 to November 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
