The average import price for t-shirts, singlets and other vests; of cotton, knitted or crocheted stood at $3.6 per unit in June 2024, increasing by 7.4% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in December 2023 an increase of 12% against the previous month. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $3.8 per unit in June 2023; however, from July 2023 to June 2024, import prices failed to regain momentum.
