Over the period under review, exports saw a sharp descent. The smallest decline of -2.3% was in 2021. Over the period under review, the exports of hit record highs at 1.5K units in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, exports of turbo-jets, turbo-propellers and other gas turbineses declined sharply to $216M in 2022. In general, exports faced a precipitous curtailment. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 when exports increased by 50% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports of reached the maximum at $503M in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
