In 2022, the average import price for nets of twine, cordage, rope or textile materials amounted to $5,797 per ton, surging by 6% against the previous year. Overall, export price indicated a noticeable increase from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +3.2% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, twine, cordage or textile net export price increased by +14.8% against 2020 indices.
