In March 2024, the average import price for vegetable mixtures; uncooked or cooked by steaming or boiling in water, frozen amounted to $1,552 per ton, standing approximately at the previous month. Over the last twelve-month period, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.1%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2023 when the average import price increased by 16% against the previous month. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the peak figure at $1,713 per ton in January 2024; however, from February 2024 to March 2024, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In March 2024, the country with the highest price was Poland ($1,554 per ton), while the price for Belgium amounted to $1,516 per ton.
From March 2023 to March 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Belgium (+1.2%).

The average export price for vegetable mixtures; uncooked or cooked by steaming or boiling in water, frozen stood at $1,004 per ton in 2022, with an increase of 14% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, recorded a pronounced reduction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2016 an increase of 27%. The export price peaked at $1,574 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Moldova ($1,700 per ton), while the average price for exports to Belarus ($997 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Russia (+4.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
