The average import price for zinc; dust, powders and flakeses stood at $11,796 per ton in 2021, increasing by 38% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price recorded a significant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 an increase of 119% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.
