Vermouth Price in Panama (CIF) - 2023
The average vermouth import price stood at $3.4 per litre in July 2023, increasing by 30% against the previous month. In general, import price indicated a temperate increase from July 2022 to July 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +4.7% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on July 2023 figures, vermouth import price decreased by -4.9% against April 2023 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in April 2023 when the average import price increased by 85% month-to-month. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $3.5 per litre. From May 2023 to July 2023, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Free Zones ($5.2 per litre), while the price for Spain ($2.8 per litre) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Free Zones (+7.6%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average vermouth export price stood at $5.2 per litre in 2022, growing by 66% against the previous year. In general, the export price continues to indicate a prominent expansion. As a result, the export price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Guatemala ($6.5 per litre), while the average price for exports to Aruba ($2.4 per litre) was amongst the lowest.
