In 2022, the average wood charcoal import price amounted to $1,194 per ton, which is down by -11.4% against the previous year. In general, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when the average import price increased by 67% against the previous year. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $1,800 per ton. From 2019 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
