In 2022, the average wool; carded export price amounted to $6,021 per ton, growing by 3.8% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, continues to indicate a perceptible slump. The export price peaked at $9,695 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
