In 2023, the Philippines (X tons) represented the largest exporter of extruded rods and profile shapes of cellular vulcanised rubber, mixing up X% of total exports. Malaysia (X tons) took the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Vietnam (X tons). All these countries together took near X% share of total exports. Indonesia (X tons) and Thailand (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.

The Philippines was also the fastest-growing in terms of the extruded rods and profile shapes of cellular vulcanised rubber exports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2023. Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum at X tons in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2023, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
