Exports from Finland

In 2022, overseas shipments of tyres increased by X% to X units, rising for the second year in a row after two years of decline. Over the period under review, exports, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports reached the peak figure at X units in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, tyre exports reached $X in 2022. In general, exports, however, continue to indicate a noticeable downturn. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 with an increase of X%. The exports peaked at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Sweden (X units), Norway (X units) and Germany (X units) were the main destinations of tyre exports from Finland, with a combined X% share of total exports.
