Exports by Country
Cote d'Ivoire prevails in exports structure, resulting at X square meters, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2023. Mauritania (X square meters) held the second position in the ranking, followed by Guinea (X square meters) and Nigeria (X square meters). All these countries together held near X% share of total exports. The following exporters - Ghana (X square meters), Senegal (X square meters) and Niger (X square meters) - each recorded an X% share of total exports.
Cote d'Ivoire was also the fastest-growing in terms of the woven fabrics of flax exports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2023. At the same time, Ghana (X%), Guinea (X%), Nigeria (X%), Niger (X%) and Mauritania (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. By contrast, Senegal (X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. From 2012 to 2023, the share of Cote d'Ivoire, Guinea, Mauritania, Nigeria, Ghana and Niger increased by X, X, X, X, X and X percentage points, respectively.

Ghana prevails in imports structure, resulting at X square meters, which was approx. X% of total imports in 2023. It was distantly followed by Burkina Faso (X square meters) and Senegal (X square meters), together making up a X% share of total imports.
