After two years of growth, overseas shipments of antisera and other blood fractions decreased by X% to X tons in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, recorded a resilient increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of X% against the previous year. As a result, the exports attained the peak of X tons, and then dropped significantly in the following year.

In value terms, antisera exports amounted to $X in 2022. In general, exports, however, showed a prominent expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the global exports reached the peak figure in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.

The United States (X tons) and China (X tons) represented the main exporters of antisera and other blood fractions in 2022, amounting to approx. X% and X% of total exports, respectively. Germany (X tons) held the next position in the ranking, followed by Poland (X tons), Austria (X tons) and Spain (X tons). All these countries together took approx. X% share of total exports. Canada (X tons), Singapore (X tons), the UK (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons), South Korea (X tons), Belgium (X tons) and Ireland (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.
