Vaccine Price in Russia (FOB) - 2022
In 2022, the average vaccine export price amounted to $338,441 per ton, falling by -25.7% against the previous year. Overall, the export price continues to indicate a slight decline. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 an increase of 24%. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $470,562 per ton. From 2014 to 2022, the average export prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Guatemala ($734,058 per ton), while the average price for exports to Uzbekistan ($108,384 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to India (+0.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.
Vaccine Price in Russia (CIF) - 2021
The average vaccine import price stood at $599K per ton in December 2021, with a decrease of -63.2% against the previous month. Overall, the import price showed a deep setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2021 when the average import price increased by 1,094% m-o-m. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $17,489 per kg. From February 2021 to December 2021, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Belgium ($1.2M per ton), while the price for India ($258K per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From December 2020 to December 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Canada (+0.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.
Vaccine Exports in Russia
